Welcome
Our research attempts to understand how anthropogenic modifications of the natural landscape impact various soil-related ecosystem services using a range of earth observation and geospatial data science techniques. Specifically, GEMS lab is interested in studying the effects of land management and climate change on soil organic carbon, soil hydrology, water resources, and crop yield at local to regional scales.
